Order -payment

Hi I know we're in trying times at the moment and there was delays with everything but how long is it taking for payments to be taken? Had the order confirmation email and was expecting payment to at least be pending with my bank but nothing.

Is this standard at the moment or is it a chance that an issue has accrued with the actual order.

I've given them a ring before I saw this, slowly getting somewhere .

 

From what I was told it sounds like an on going issue and the online sales aren't going through how they should be.

 

Awaiting a phone call back today from someone in digital sales

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You will receive your order confirmation when our team starts to process your request. The payment is usually taken once your phone has been assigned to your account and is ready to be sent to you.

 

Can you let me know if this was a pay monthly upgrade or new line your ordered online?

 

Which date did you complete this?

 

If you can let me know the device you ordered with the colour and size variant, I can check the stock levels and estimated dispatch.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

Ordered a Samsung a20e in black 32gb its a pay as you go one.

 

New to EE so have no idea how they work.

 

Ordered it Friday (24th April) so know it's still maybe a bit early but with my current phone starting to play up kinda needing the replacement sooner rather than later.

I can see the device is in stock and normally dispatched within one working day. 

 

I would recommend allowing a couple of days and if you receive no notification please give us a call.
