Upgrade - Received Confirmation, no changed to account, or tracking email

I placed an upgrade on the 23rd April for an upgrade from 4GEE Home router to iPad, I have an order number:

 

Order number: xkoxxxxxxxxx

Date: 23 Apr 2020


I have paid the early upgrade fee, but have not had any email other than the confirmation, no tracking details, and the site did state dispatched in 1 day. No changes to my EE Account either.

Does anyone have any update as to how long it takes to process these orders? 

 

I am mindful to just cancel and order directly from Apple as i know i can get it in 24 hours, but seeing I cannot phone through right now, I am stuck with not knowing the status.

 

Any help appreciated.
