Can you help as trying to track delivery of my new s21 upgrade phone but the only email i got has an account no: but no order number?
Also the account number has only 9 numbers so wont do on the tracker!
So i have no way of tracking my order or finding out anything of my order so can someone help me please? And yes ive checked my spam folder and have no text! Just email saying my new plan & start date etc! Need help!

@pipspeed69 Does the order have a XKO or a XKN number ? If it does this is the order number. This is not a tracking number as that will be sent when a device is allocated to you for you to track.

None of them at all just account number!
Ive rung em about it & there gonna try find it as they ran out of stock so coming from supplier's they say so realy now just got to wait in & hope!
