Order and delivery of a new device

I placed an order yesterday for a iPad I got an email saying it’s being processed and nothing more just wondering how long it takes

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have even tracked it and just says the same thing 

Yes I have and it just says can't find order my email said prossesing and will get a message when delivery
