Hi,
I received my new upgraded phone yesterday which came with a new EE SIM card. I set up the phone and popped my old SIM card in and it has been working fine.
However, when I logged in to my EE app, it is displaying my phone number as the one on the new SIM card rather then my number.
Do I need to put the new SIM card in and transfer the number or can I continue using my old SIM?

Did you buy a new line with your contract phone?
If your old SIM works then use that number, although it sounds like you have a new line rather than an upgrade. You best call EE CS on 150 to clarify.
