Order accepted but no further email/text, and tracking not working

I ordered a phone on Tuesday and straight away got an email confirmation saying orders on its way but I’ve heard nothing since. When i try to track it, it just says 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.'

thats exactly the same as me, received an order number but when try and track i get the same message, the email isnt very clear on wether im getting the phone or not just states what i ordered, i get the impression im not getting the contract as guess would have heard by now when being delivered, would be nice to be told though

I went instore yesterday and asked, as i hasnt received any fruther information, and they told me a number was reserved for me but couldnt tell me anything further. Its off putting for sure

thats frustrating, i dont understand why they cant be clearer, hope you hear something soon

Cheers mate, you too
