Where is my pre order?

My phone broke about 2 weeks ago i havent been able to use texts or calls as i am using a family members old device which is locked to another network. I can only access the internet.

 

So i pre ordered the new Huawei Mate20 Pro, which comes with the bundle and expected this to arrive on its release date. Its now been out almost 2 weeks and i still havent recieved my order. The online trakcer states that delivery is expected between 6th - 8th November and i reicevd an email yesterday to say this was still on track but it hasnt been dispatched - so thats out the window then?

 

I am really disgusted in this service, what is the point pre ordering a phone which arrives weeks after release date. Please dont tell em to await DPD's text - i cant await any texts because i dont have a phone. I also cant call customer services because again i dont have a phone!

 

I want to know when i will recieve my new phone?

@BroggyJ94  A pre order is not a  guarantee of receiving a device on launch date as EE don’t know how many they will receive from the manufacturer.  You best bet is to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Whilst I appreciate they cant gaurentee delivery on the launch date its now been over 2 weeks since I pre ordered and people are buying the phones in store, yet I still haven't recieved mine which seems to be a common issue with many others that have pre ordered this phone too.

@BroggyJ94  Devices that are allocated to stores are a separate  allocation to what’s been ordered via phone/internet.

What colour did you order?

Thanks Katie, i clicked to chat earlier and it sent a message to say that the agents cant deal with my query yet and advised me to call customer services.

I ordered the phoen in Twilight but at this point I really dont care what colour the phone is I am in desperate need of one.
