I placed an order for a new connection yesterday morning, shortly after I received a confirmation with an XKN number, but when I check the tracking it says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now".
I've seen a few of these posts popping up, wondering if anybody at EE knows the timescale for receiving an actual delivery notification? I would have thought I would receive notification after more than 24 hours have passed since I placed the order.

I've just called EE customer service and a lovely young man has sorted it out for me, the phone will be with me tomorrow. 🙂
