Hi All,
Hoping someone from EE can assist, i recently took delivery of an add to plan device. In which i recieved no notifications of despatch, no tracking and no courier updates. Which was quite frustrating, as it gave me no idea of arrival, but item did arrive so i cant grumble too much.
Now i have just placed another add to plan order, and to avoid this frustation again i wonder is there a way i can track this new order?
I have tried online tracker, it is unable to help
I have tried to call CS, but it is isnt really urgent and the wait time is advising over an hour
I did recieve an order acknowledgement pre 9am so should be no issues missing the days cut off, and i receive an order that states my item is "whinging its way to me right this minute" this was pre 10am so should be no issue with missing the cut off.
Any help would be appreciated, and it know this isnt an urgent matter. I am just trying to plan other deliveries around this item.

You should get delivery notification from DPD, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't last time.
You could try downloading the DPD app and searching for a delivery at your address.
