Changed from monthly to pay as you go. Account now cancelled

Hi, I rang EE to change from pay monthly to pay as you go.

I log into my EE and it says my account is cancelled

I also cant call 150 from my phone.

How do i top up, etc?

Is my account really cancelled?

Does it say that your account has been completely cancelled?

 

Do you currently have signal on your phone?

 

Did you keep your number?
