I have a pay monthly. I have 43.5 GB on it until 1st January.
I had an EE message saying pay just one pound for unlimited data for one day. I did.
My account now says 0 GB remaining of 60 GB.
What!!!???!!! Have I lost all my data? Surely not. Will I get it back when my £1 deal finishes at midnight?
The message didn't say I would have to lose my 43 GB. EE wouldn't would they?

Hi @skajdd ,
I recommend to keep a screenshot of that offer message as I needed to provide this to get something similar fixed.
Did data stop working for you at all or was data unlimited as you expected?
I guess if you check the links below, everything has returned to before except perhaps the history recording something strange for that one day?
