Oppo release. Has anyone had delivery date??

I’m starting to get a little frustrated that I can’t seem to get a definite answer about when my order will be dispatched. Considering it is now release day and it was advertised as delivery expected on release date I’m starting to doubt this is the case 🙃

@Chris_B not a guarantee, no - but when it quite clearly states in the product page that it "will be delivered on the release date" you expect it to have at least been dispatched, then any delay is the fault of the carrier.

Why take pre-orders for release day then not even bother to dispatch it on time to facilitate that? EE have had my order for a fortnight. Plenty of time to put it in a DPD bag and chuck a label on it.

No, but I am not bothered what colour it is to be fair. It will in a cover for the contract length.

I don't think anyone Is expecting a guaranteed date of pre order delivery, however, the app clearly states no delays etc on tracking of the order, so some form of an update would be nice so we can accurately predict when to be in as many of us need a POID delivery.

I don't want to use the term "guaranteed", but it seems like none of us are getting it on the date that was given on the pre-order page.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect it to arrive on the date advertised, especially when you order it two weeks in advance.

Saying pre-orders are never guaranteed to arrive on the release date is a pretty weak comment.  I mean, that's the whole point of pre-ordering something.  Else you'd just order it once it released if you didn't care about getting it after the release date.

Just seems pretty rubbish of EE to say they will arrive on the 14th, then send no updates or reasoning for why they've not even dispatched them at this point.

Who knows though - maybe they just haven't had time to update the information and we'll all get texts in the morning from DPD, but I doubt it.

It's release day for the find X3 pro and I've had nothing to say my phone has been dispatched. What is the point in pre ordering on 1st April if you don't get the phone on release day?

Same issue here, I'm chasing this up however as partner works for EE, will update you all ASAP once we know whats happening
