Not yet received my confirmation email for contract upgrade

How long does a confirmation email take to come through once you've upgraded your contract. I have just upgraded my contract online and would like to tract my order but can't without the order reference number. Does anyone know? Thanks

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email 🙂

 

Could you let me know what phone you have ordered?

 

Also, did you make a payment for your upgrade?

I have upgraded my contract for the iPhone 11. I have been told twice that the phone is on its way from EE, both when I ordered the upgrade and again when I called on Friday, so as far as I'm aware, the payment did go through. Although I have not received a confirmation email.
