Missing order

I placed an order on 19 April but have had no email to confirm that its on the way and can be tracked.  There is no way to contact anyone at ee.  Can any one help.

It mentioned it was last few left. When i ordered. I ordered it for my daughter so she can stay in contact with her school friends.

Thank you phoned 150. They advised the order was cancelled and sorted out a new order.
