This is shocking it’s been just short of a month no messages no updates to deliver what is going on,not much help on here either

If you haven't received any info have you tried looking at the order tracker?

 

What device did you order? Color size etc as well.

 

The iPhone 13 and Galaxy S range there is supply issues due to a global shortage in components.

It was the iPad 2021 in silver I tried tracking and it’s not working

The current delivery guidance for both silver iPad 2021 devices is to expect dispatch within 28 days.

 

DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.
