Waiting 7 weeks for my upgrade phone

I have been waiting for my new phone since 27th September. A tech guy Aidan brought it to me but I had no id ( didn’t update my passport due to COVID).  I phoned up and spoke to lewis from Sheffield he said sometimes the tech guys keep the mobile.

Do you have any other form of ID?

 

If your delivery is not successful the phone will be returned to EE.
