No order update

I upgraded online Tuesday 21st, received order confirmation, but no updates since.

Order tracking is unavailable online and can't get through on phone

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

If you have already received your order confirmation from us, the next thing you will receive is a text form DPD. This will be sent the day before your delivery is due to be with you.
