I upgraded online Tuesday 21st, received order confirmation, but no updates since.
Order tracking is unavailable online and can't get through on phone

If you have already received your order confirmation from us, the next thing you will receive is a text form DPD. This will be sent the day before your delivery is due to be with you.
If you can let me know the phone your ordered including the colour and size variant, I can check the stock levels and estimated delivery time for you.
