So, I ordered a new phone upgrade/contract yesterday and never got the confirmation email/text.
Spoke to someone from EE and they said no orders were made for my account (I wasn’t scammed, it was the EE site) but i’ve been charged the upfront phone fee.
Im not too bothered about the order not going through, as I can redo that, but i’m more concerned about being charged for it — then potentially getting charged again monthly for a contract that doesn’t exist?

If you placed the order via our website then it may be that it's with our digital order team. The best thing to do is call them on 0800 0790 531. They should be able to find the order and help you with it.
