Hi
I keep getting an alert through every few minutes saying "No mobile data service temporarily turned off by operator for sim 1". Phone says i have no data My EE account says I have plenty.
I have turn my data off but i'm still getting the alert through. I've switched everything off and on refreshed everything. Gifted myself more data from another device and that also didn't work. Switched of my phone data warning to see if that did anything, I have 31 GB data and i normally never go anywhere near over the limit and EE says I haven't. I checked all updates on my phone to see if it's a software issue but no luck. I've check my area coverage and that doesn't seem to be the issue either. Ran out of ideas...
Any Help is appreciated - Rachel

Have you been able to report this to our technical care team?

Hi no i haven't wasn't sure what to do as not sure if it's a network issue or if its something to do with the phone as it system updated recently. My data was working yesterday morning but now "not registered on network" appears when i try to make calls.

Don't know what happened but can now make calls. Assuming its been an area coverage issue.
Thanks
