No confirmation email

Hi,

 

yesterday I ordered the new Galaxy watch 4 over the phone as per my upgrade and paid for next day delivery. The lovely woman I was speaking too confirmed it would be delivered today but it still hasn't arrived. 

 

I never received any sort of confirmation email so I can't track the order. 

 

I have however received an email confirming the trade in pack has been sent to me, as I'm trading in my current Galaxy watch 46mm 4G. 

 

Can anyone help?

@Wardy69  You’ll need to call customer services but have you checked your spam folder ?  

Yes, I've checked my spam and junk folder. 

 

I guess I'll ring up again then. 🙄

You can always install the DPD app and register with them then your deliveries come up automatically 

Surely I'll need the order number and/or tracking number from the confirmation email? Which I haven't got yet. 

Nope, mine all come up automatically from any purchase with any company who use them

Oh fair enough, I'll download it now and have a look, cheers! 

There's no information on the app, I have no parcel or shipment activity. Pretty annoyed at the fact I was told it would be here today and paid for it to be.

Not yet Chris, lines were closed when I tried yesterday.
