No Order Updates

Placed an upgrade order yesterday morning 14-2-20 had an email saying we've got your order with all the details , had no further updates and no transaction showing on online bank for upfront cost. Order number begins with xko and says we cant show this order on tracker.

If the tracker doesn't work then give EE CS a call on 150.

 

Once your order is due for delivery then you will receive a text from DPD.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

If you haven't received any other messages about the order, it should be being processed.

 

As @Northerner said, you'll receive a message from DPD when it's due for delivery.
