New pay as you go packs

We’ve launched brand new pay as you go packs. These are jam-packed with more minutes and data than ever before, making them even better value for our customers.

Our packs last for up to 30 days and pay as you go customers benefit from:

 

Name Allowance
£10 Pack 4GB data, 100 minutes, unlimited texts
£15 Pack 8GB data, unlimited mins, unlimited texts
£20 Pack 15GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts
£25 Pack 30GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts
£30 Pack 60GB data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts

 

 

Talk focused packs

 

Name Allowance
£1 Talk Pack 10MB, 100 minutes, 200 texts
£10 Talk Pack 2GB, 400 minutes, unlimited texts

 

 

Can I renew my existing pack?


You can renew your existing pack, if you’d prefer, by continuing your agreed card payments or topping up the correct amount. You can do this if you’re within your 90 day repurchase period.


If your 90 day repurchase period has ended, you’ll be able to buy one of our new packs.

I tried to call. Lines down. I need the unlimited data for my ipad but it isn't clear they send me a new SIM or just swap my account to pay monthly. This is very stressful....

I can't buy anything from the ipad in the app.

Do you already have a pay as you go SIM in your iPad?

 

Do you also have a phone with EE? If yes, is it on pay as you go or pay monthly?

I switched my iphone to monthly a few months ago but can't build a hotspot to my laptop and firm. Only with ipad. On the ipad I buy data as I go. Doublespeed 4G for £30. What I need is unlimited data pay monthly in my iPad. Yes, I have a Pay as you go SIM in my iPad.

I would recommend giving us a call or speaking with our online sales team via the live chat option.

Hi, I need to renew my VIP £15 pack before it is due to renew but on texting 150 it is asking I buy 1 of you're new packs. Do I have to change to a new pack or can I still renew my VIP pack and continue using it? If I can renew, how do I do it as I've had to buy an add on to keep going.

I'm trying. Phonelines are down and whenever I try to click on chat I have to login again and I get chucked out. Can't find the sales team.
And ipad app doesn't let me buy add ons because this feature is not working yet...
