New order not showing

I’ve upgraded my phone yet this is not showing on my EE account when I log in. It says upgrade not available at this time? My phone has been due an upgrade for a couple of years now, I don’t understand why my new upgrade wouldn’t show on the account

It wont show until you receive your new handset that will be when the new contract begins
