Yesterday I went through the entire process to do an early upgrade, I was sent an email saying my order was being processed but haven't heard anything more and when I use the tracking number it says they can't give me information right now so I'm super confused. Tried calling and just get stuck waiting for too long, tried the online chat twice only to be sent around in circles then the chat ending without me getting any answers. I just need to know when my phone is getting delivered as I will need to book the time off work.

@JenLou35 What phone ? If it’s the iPhone 12/12 pro don’t expect it any time soon as there are customers still waiting who ordered week’s ago.

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with a tracking number, have you had this today?
If not, did you order the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G, 256GB model?

Hey, still not received a tracking number and yes it was the Samsung Galaxy Note S20 in the mystic white, there was also a Samsung tablet on the order too

Just checked my email and still no tracking information, I would call but I'm super busy at the moment between clients and don't have time to wait in a queue, whenever I call up I'm waiting for going on 15/20 minutes and I just don't have the time at present so any help you can give me would be appreciated

I've tried to contact them but have no luck, three times I've gone through the online chat only to be disconnected or sent around that many different people that I have to disconnect myself because I have to return to work. I have also called twice and been left waiting in a queue for 15/20 minutes and have to hang up because I'm so busy currently at work.
