New SIM card not received after 2 weeks

Had email saying new pay monthly SIM despatched on the 24th September. No SIM has been received yet. How do I order a replacement? Do these usually take this long?

@WilsonB2  was this a sim only upgrade or a new contract ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Moved from PAYG to new contract.
