About three months ago, I started a new contract and got a Samsung S21+ on EE. It was a double sim holder so I put in my existing sim card and waited for my EE sim to arrive. It never has. I've been using my existing sim contract for the past months while paying for my EE tariff which is phone plus service.
I tried contacting EE on two or three occasions but have no idea of what the phone number for that sim is and confirmation emails never arrive in my email account (not even in the Junk/Spam).

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to explain that it hasn't arrived. You can find all of our contact information, including a number to call from another phone, on our get in touch help page.
Hopefully they can find out what's happened and get you another SIM.

@Cullers was this an upgrade or a new contract i.e. a second line on your account ? If it’s the second line on your account you will see the other number on your My EE account.
