Hi I was meant to receive my order yesterday and I never got it it said between 10 and 12 yesterday and my other phone is broken I placed my order two nights ago and I got the next day delivery. I have my order reference number but it won’t let me track it. The email said it was delivering at 10 or 12 on the 7th it’s now the 8th

What did you order? Did you get a message from DPD saying it would be between 10 and 12?

Hi I got an order confirmation but I checked my bank and it says the money hasn’t came out of the account , I ordered an iPhone 11 in yellow  so will I need to order it again? If the money hasn’t came out ? Plus it said invalid order reference

Hi @Aforsyth,

 

Can you let me know which variant you ordered?

 

Some of the sizes are out of stock so will not be processed until they are available to dispatch.

 

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a text form DPD letting you know your order will be with you the following day.
