I signed a contract with you almost a month ago and I haven't received the SIM card so far. I've already paid the bill although I don't know why

Was this a new contract with EE? Not sure why you have not contacted EE before now to find out why you have not received your SIM card. Unfortunately, you will have to contact EE customer service, as there is no account access here, this is a public forum. EE send out SIM cards by second post, so you should have received it normally within a week.

 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
