Delivery reference number

Dear EE, I ordered my new phone 2 days ago and delivery is due today. But I cant track it as dont have a reference number

Welcome to the community,

 

If you have not received a reference number, I would suggest you ring customer service as here in the forums there is no access to help you.

 

You will get a text from DPD the day before delivery and one on the day to let you know what time you can expect delivery.

 

You should have received an email from EE with an order number and then one with a tracking number, have you checked your junk mail to see if it is there? 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
