Has upgrade been accepted

I upgraded my phone online yesterday morning. I have received an email saying the order is being processed but no further emails. Does this mean it has been accepted?

 

when we upgraded the second line on the account last month we had a second email a couple of hours later with the tracking number and delivery date.

If you have the confirmation email the order will be processed for you and you will get a follow up email once this has been done.

 

Which phone did you select?

Hi Leanne

Thank you for your response. I have since spoken to someone and sorted it out. The order hadn't been fully processed due to a technical issue.
