My account has just been closed and i NEED it

Hello,

 

I live in germany and have this phone as a back up as i wanted to keep my UK number.

Today i realised that last week you closed my account.

I have spoke to my mum back home and she said there is a letter saying I owe money and to pay via Arvato.

 

If i do this will my number reactivate?

annoyingly you didnt email me once about this either, despite me telling you in august to ONLY EMAIL ME as im in germany now. So how the hell was i supposed to react to this?

Didn't you realise your contract, & its bills, would still run on despite you being in Germany?
