My Pac code hasn't come through

I changed my iPhone X to an iPhone 12 slim. on a Thursday around 15;00, I did this all via online chat. I submitted my PAC code during this ordering service. Its now Saturday and nothing has happened to either iPhone yet. How do I know when my PAC code is on my new iPhone 12 slim? and at what stage do I delete all my stuff from the old iPhone X?
Do the EE PAC team work Saturdays?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you provide the PAC before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.
If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.
I would suggest giving us a call on 150, the team will check your number transfer for you.
You can remove the details from your old iPhone when you no longer wish to use this iPhone 🙂
