I currently have a business mobile which is locked into the business exchange account.  I have now retired and wish to keep the the mobile and number but have a basic sim only deal with EE.   How do I go about it ?

Hello @robwrexham

Welcome to the community

In order to convert a business-line into a personal account, you simply need to call EE C/S on 150, with permission of the donating account holder, and an agent can arrange this.

As a general rule, EE will not port mobile numbers between accounts and it's also possible that the exchange mailbox could complicate the issue.

I would recommend calling EE C/S, they will have access to your account and can advise on your specific circumstances. Including arranging the transfer if possible.
