Hello !
I have requested to keep my number and provided EE with the number they needed in order to port my number to their network. Yet today I received a sim that has a different number to it.
How do i solve this ?
until i do i m not reachable on my old number and thats reason for concern.

@Isol28 you will receive a Sim with a different number on it your number still hasn’t been ported to EE yet. Sims are pre made and have a number already it on.

Welcome to the community.
You will receive a temporary EE number, you will get a text to the EE number when your number transfer has started.
Is your new account pay monthly or pay as you go?

Thank you for your replies. I only received 1 sim card from ee , which was on 13th/14th of july. I am yet to have my old number ported. I m on a pay monthly pay as you go sim with ee. I would like to find out whats holding back the process. Since i provided the htg number since the 10th of july when i ordered the sim online . Would appreciate any help from CS. I'm sorry to hear your number transfer hasn't been completed.
Please get in touch with Customer Care so we can process your number transfer request. Please have your PAC code ready in case they need to take it again.
