- I ordered a replacement sim over a week ago and not arrived yet. Is it normal to take so long?

SIM delivery via post should take 3-5 days.

I would like to get back in touch but chat option is not available for paygo and I'm partially deaf so prefer not to talk on the phone. The sim has not arrived yet and now I need to change the delivery address to reorder if its not been actioned.

Alternatively, are you near a local EE Store?
If yes, a member of staff can provide you a new SIM over the counter as long as a suitable photo ID is provided.
