@brendonx I have....finally....found the information about all of the above, and I have spoken with someone who is going to look into it for you. If I don't hear back on it today, I will chase for you next week. I literally ran circles around this place! 🙂

Heh, @brendonx, I'm so glad this delay hasn't angered you. Had about as much anger as I can take for the week.
Will reach out to you about this again soon as I hear a peep.

Hi Brendon, can you PM me the number?
In the email chain, the phone number I found has been cancelled...along with two other numbers.
Thank you.

Hi Stars!
I mentioned before Christmas that we were planning on doing a tidy up of the Community as there is a lot of out of date and old information out there which is still occasionally showing up in search engine results, which isn’t helpful.
Our Lithium team is going to be starting imminently, with some edits to what I originally suggested. I’d said that we would be “vaulting” old posts and threads, but doing that takes them out of the system entirely, which has the knock on effect of removing any likes, solutions and other data that are attributable to both the author and the responder. Popping them into an archive, hidden from external search, and read only (and only if you have the full URL) negates this issue, so it’s clearly the right way to go.
We’re going to be starting by moving the oldest and least viewed posts first and those which are older than 24 months old as the first stage in the process. The next step is the content that’s old but still getting views. Clearly if people are still searching for it it’s something we need to update with new content that Google will link to (in time) instead. If you see anything that you feel we need to keep, that was written before 2015, please let us know. If you wrote it and have time to write a new version it would be great and if you didn’t create it, yet would like to, then also please let us know.
We’ve got some great guidelines that we are happy to share if you’re interested on how to write sticky posts that are optimised for both search and mobile if you want to make sure that your posts get more views.
Below is a list of the content that you or retired Stars have created in the past that we know needs updating – essentially it needs rewriting in a new post. If you are willing and able please let us know
Just as a note: There will always be some exceptions to this archiving, such as the information in the About the community section and some of the private forums, plus that information which is still relevant and which we will be looking to replace as soon as we can.

This is never an easy task, so bravo for commuting to it!
I should be back to normal service in a week so will do everything I can to help. Just shout.

Sorry, but I'm not really happy writing information posts such as the ones above if EE bascially then take those posts we write and make them their own, which is basically what happened with a post I wrote ages ago about roaming (not on that list).

@TiffJ: Yes, I'll cover them.
