Resolved! Give this guy a medal

For one reason or another I had been disconnected when I woke up this morning. I called Ee and was fortunate enough to be connected to Damien ( mobile service). I cannot put into words how kind this guy was. He listened to me and helped me every step...

I’ve got an unwanted badge 🤨

So I complain about the app and I get a badge for being helpful instead of a response from EE the app needs to be completely remodelled… it seems it’s main use is advertising anyway..perhaps this could be done in the small hours of the night instead ...

unbelievable i've received the equipment but cant set it up through disability and trying to contact  EE is a secret that nobody knows so I say EE are the worst EVER
