I would like to praise Jack at your Plymouth centre. I was having trouble with a DPD delivery containing a new phone. I had no PIN number so they would not hand it to me. The original phone was lost but they sent the pin to that phone ! Never try to contact DPD if you prefer to stay calm……you can’t. In desperation I contacted EE with the order number he was able to sort it out, reschedule and get a PIN number . I was amazed following my experience with DPD as they should have sorted it….but you can’t speak to them !
if there is any staff rewards system the Jack would be my first choice.
