I just wanted to leave some positive feedback for the staff at the EE stores in Chester and Ellesmere Port, far too often working in retail I found that employee's who are really helpful, understanding and patient rarely get the positive feedback they deserve so I wanted to take some time out to make that happen.
Myself and my wife went in to both stores recently looking to upgrade our phones after 6 years, having been out of the loop for some time on new technology and how things work, and also swapping over from O2 to EE made sense as we have EE broadband and TV.
Long story short I wanted to give high praise to the staff in both Chester and Ellesmere Port for everything they did, the time, effort, patience and understanding helping us with everything we needed, nothing was too difficult and we really appreciate everything they did for us.
From what I remember, Gem helped us in Chester and I'm sorry but I can only remember the guy in Ellesmere Port was big in to his F1 (possibly Lloyd ?)
