I had a text message that said I have used all of my data, which I know I haven't as it states that I have not and was told it would refresh on the 13th when it refreshes on the 1st of every month and only just refreshed on Monday. I think it was a scam text but I can't use my mobile data.

Well EE says the 13th but my settings says the 1st

Right, so you need to set your settings to match your plan so there the same and not out of sync.

 

Or as said, just use the online status one, that shouldn't be more than 30 mins behind.

How do I do that?

 

But I still won't have any data left right?

Change it in settings.

 

 

I cant see anyway to change it in settings, but thank you for your help

It will be in there somewhere, just need to have a play with it.

Just checked on my Phone (Android One) although I don't use it 

 

Settings / Network and Internet / Mobile Network / App data usage / Settings Button / App data usage cycle 

 

 

My settings are a bit different to that, I cant find it

Search it within Settings.
