Dear EE,
I ordered my phone on Friday 4th Dec. I called to confirm the order when asked and was told it would be sent out in Monday 7th. This hasn’t happened and your tracker doesn’t work. The iPhone you had available was for immediate delivery. Please kindly advise.

New orders of the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128Gb in pacific blue are expected to be dispatched within 14 days. I think at the time you ordered they were in stock though.
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check your order, make sure everything it OK with it.
