Have you really tried what I said in my post? I'm finding difficult to believe you have and that you are still having the same problem since July without mentioning it.

 

The issue is a bug in Samsung's default WebKit browser which is well known in older devices but changing your default browser fixes it.

Thanks for responding. 

 

All resolved. Turns out that EE had put up parental controls which prevented proper access via 4G. Call the technical support team and they have turned it off.

@Nasar339 .. please remove your number, this is a public forum and you might get spammed.  To change your restrictions.. on contract this can be changed in your app, on PAYG you need to phone customer services.
