It keeps on saying error occured when ever i tried to top up my credit

Whenever i try to top up my credit it always says error occured and i have tried so many times. pls help

I am signed into my acount and im not so sure if i am using fast top up because when i try to top up my credit on my it says i have to add a card and i do that but then it says oops something went wrong, every time i try.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. That won't ask you to register a card.
