Is it in stock or no?

Hi, 

Only a small question really, I ordered an s20 yesterday (fully understand there may be a delay with the current circumstances) and on my confirmation where it says my order, it says - 

"Samsung s20
Out of stock now
Now in stock - dispatched normally in 1 day"

Just confused as to if its in stock or not? The tracking number hasn't started working yet, so I assume it isn't. Just a bit confuddling.

@Leesh1   Do you have a tracking number or an order number ?  A order number starts with XKO.   When I look online it’s says in stock but this forum doesn’t have access to stock levels to give you this answer for this you’ll need to call customer services.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you let me know which variant, size and colour of the Samsung S20 you ordered? I can check the stock levels for you and see if if it is currently in stock.

 

I will also check the page you were looking at for the phone you ordered and ensure the wording is updated to the correct statement.

I ordered it on a £47 per month 10gb data deal, think it ends today or something along those lines, not sure if that info is much use?

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

The 4G variant is available to order and will be dispatched within 7 days.

The 5G variant is available to order and will be dispatched in 1 day.

 

If you have placed the order and had this has been accepted, you will still get the price plan on offer even if the handset you want is not dispatched straight away.

 

As @Chris_B posted, once you receive your confirmation email with your tracking number on it (starting XKN) you will be able to track your order online.

I ordered the 5g one, I have the tracking info, however it's not working at the moment, that's why I was extra unsure. Not had a text or email from ee either to say it's dispatched. 

I'm in no rush for it, it's just making sure I'm around for when it arrives -kinda hard with where I am in the middle of nowhere and working 7-7pm, can't really leave with neighbours haha.

It will take 24 hours for the tracker to update after you receive the email so keep checking it 🙂

 

Once your phone is with DPD, they will send you a text to let you know the delivery details. They send a text out the day before with a tday of delivery, then on the day they will let you know a a delivery window which you can change on the DPD app.

 

I hope this helps and you can get a time and day when you are not at work!

So over a week now and still no update from EE nor DPD, definitely getting a little worried as when I ordered on the site there was no heads up to say of any delays, back orders or anything. If I had known of this I would have shopped around. Tried calling 150 and online chat but can't get through.
