Only a small question really, I ordered an s20 yesterday (fully understand there may be a delay with the current circumstances) and on my confirmation where it says my order, it says -
"Samsung s20 Out of stock now Now in stock - dispatched normally in 1 day"
Just confused as to if its in stock or not? The tracking number hasn't started working yet, so I assume it isn't. Just a bit confuddling.
Oh man. I waited 12 days after this thread, wasted sereral holiday days at work, then I had many conversations with online chat...most of which were very unhelpful, scripted replies. It wasn't until I asked for a refund as I had had enough was I actually told the phone I had ordered was fully out of stock and was on back order. No clue as to when it would be back in stock etc...thats all I wanted to know. So I swapped for a different model and it was here next day.
