Resolved! PS4 received but not working

I have purchased and PS4 on my contract. I have received. I tried to play UFC 2 on it and it shows a funny screen and goes off. On Netflix works fine. I need to return it and get a working one. Please advise.Daniel.

HELP. WHY SO DIFFICULT?

Why is it so bloody difficult to find a way of getting actual help? I've just signed up with EE and was offered a speed of 70 odd mps. For 3 nights running I'm down to less than 2.The help page just leads to endless nothingness and diversion to help....

Cancellation

I wish to cancel my wifi which is on a rolling monthly contract. I have already cancelled my direct debit. Do I need to do anything else?

Upgrade

My phone is due an upgrade, I want to get the xr but there’s a cheaper deal on another site but still with ee how do I go about doing this? Do I need to cancel my contract and take out a new one or can ee offer the same deal to me?

Order Number

I haven't received my order number in my order confirmation mail.I ordered pay as you go sim 3 days ago and it hasn't delivered yet so I want to track it.
