Installing a phone line

So if I install a phone line from EE, will I have to switch from my current internet provider because I saw it costs £30 to install a line but I only need the line for better WiFi and I don't want or need a landline phone so would I have to switch to EE broadband or can I just get the cable install to be used with my current provider?

@RenegadeGem2476   EE will not just put a phone line in for you you. If you have issues with your current provider you need to speak with them about it.

You may be able to transfer your phone and broadband to EE.

I would always recommend having your broadband and phone line with one supplier - it saves so many issues if you have a problem with either.

EE don't supply landlines w/out BB but why would you?

How can you want a line for better WiFi when you already have a cable BB ISP & you have no use for a landline?
