I purchased me S21 ultra in Septmber and when I go to claim my free ear buds EE isn't listed as an approved retailer?

I've just checked and EE is showing for me on the Samsung rewards site here, could you try this again?

Hi yes I had the exact same problem! I emailed samsung on Facebook to ask for up to date contact info as samsungs actual website gave me a number which was invalid..thankfully they sent me a link and said I must've been using the Irish link which didn't include ee ..I've created this account to help everyone having the same issue as I found it so frustrating myself!
