Did anyone purchase an Samsung S21 phone in Septmber and can't claim free gift?

I purchased me S21 ultra in Septmber and when I go to claim my free ear buds EE isn't listed as an approved retailer?Screenshot_20210919_153503_com.android.chrome.jpg

I've just checked and EE is showing for me on the Samsung rewards site here, could you try this again?

Hi yes I had the exact same problem! I emailed samsung on Facebook to ask for up to date contact info as samsungs actual website gave me a number which was invalid..thankfully they sent me a link and said I must've been using the Irish link which didn't include ee ..I've created this account to help everyone having the same issue as I found it so frustrating myself!
