I just spoke with customer services to change my bill plan from £17 to £12 as they ment to done this month but that didn't happend. Assistant gave me £5 discount and apologised and he said he will set up correct monthly plan for me. However on my app it shows that I am on £40 plan. I call customer service again and diffrent Assistant reasure me that app will show wrong amount because they add discounts to it and I will not be charged £40 a month, only £12 as I want to. Is that correct?

There is no account access here in the community, you will have to speak to customer service again with any account issues.
When you get your first bill, you can the check and see what discounts you have, also you may find the discounts by clicking on add-ons and see if any show there.
